Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options and charges for your order will be displayed in US Dollars at checkout.
Please note that Lunkerhunt LP currently does not offer shipping outside of Canada and the contiguous United States. Please email us at email@example.com to request a special order and shipping quote for international customers.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Lunkerhunt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lunkerhunt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
To receive a refund or exchange please return the item within 15 days of receipt; no refund or exchange claims will be accepted for items returned after 15 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unused and in the same condition they were received. Item must also be returned in their original packaging - please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping costs are non-refundable; only the value of regular-priced merchandise plus applicable taxes will be refunded for an approved claim.
Items that are exempt from being returned include Clearance Items, Sale Items, and any items purchased using a discount voucher. Only defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the exact same item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after contacting your bank, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale, clearance items, and any items purchased using a discount voucher are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace damaged or defective items with the same product upon request. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com.
